MESSAGE
FROM THE PRESIDENT

It is with great enthusiasm and a sense of purpose that we welcome you to the 9th HITMeeting Amazon , a gathering that connects innovation, technology, and health in the heart of the Amazon.

Holding this event in the largest rainforest on the planet is more than a geographical choice; it's a declaration of commitment to the future. In a territory where life pulsates in its most diverse forms, we bring together knowledge, technology, and people to devise intelligent, sustainable, and humane solutions to the challenges of contemporary healthcare.

HITMeeting Amazon was created as a strategic space for dialogue between professionals in healthcare, technology, management, innovation, and research. More than just a technical event, it's an environment for connecting ideas, experiences, and visions that believe in transforming healthcare systems through technology, data, and collaboration.

In this ninth edition, the event brings together experts, leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from diverse fields, promoting lectures, panels, and debates that reflect both global trends in Health Information Technology and the particularities and challenges of the Amazonian reality. Each piece of content has been carefully designed to generate practical impact, stimulate innovation, and strengthen cooperation networks.

We want each participant to feel like an active part of this process. We want them to take away not only new knowledge, but also inspiration, connections, and the certainty that technology and care go hand in hand when the focus is on life.

On behalf of the organizers of the 9th HITMeeting Amazon, we thank everyone who accepted this invitation: professionals, partners, supporters, and participants, for believing that innovating in healthcare is, above all, an act of social responsibility and commitment to the future.

Welcome to the 9th HITMeeting Amazon.

Here, innovation finds purpose.
Here, technology strengthens care.

With gratitude,

Socorro Sampaio
Pediatric Hematologist
President of the 9th HITMeeting Amazon
