The 9th HITMETING AMAZON reaffirms its commitment to providing an excellent scientific experience to all participants. We understand that unforeseen events can occur and, therefore, we have established a clear, fair, and transparent refund policy for event registrations.
1. Refund Conditions
Registration refund requests will be reviewed according to the following criteria:
Requests made up to 30 days before the start of the event: full refund (100%) of the amount paid.
Requests made between 29 and 15 days before the event: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Requests made less than 14 days before the event: no refund will be given.
The deadlines will be calculated based on the official start date of the 9th Hit Meeting Amazon .
2. Reimbursement Request Procedure
To request a refund, the participant must:
Send an email to hitmeetingamazon@gmail.com with the subject: “Refund Request – 9th Hitmeeting Amazon”.
Include the following information in the body of the email:
Full name
CPF (if applicable)
Registration number or proof of registration
Registration category
Reason for the request
The organizing team will review the request and respond within 7 business days , informing you of the status of your application.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for registration (credit card, bank transfer, PIX, or other available method).
Depending on the financial institution, the credit may take up to 7 additional business days to appear on the participant's account or statement.
4. Event Cancellation by the Organization
In the event of cancellation of the 9th HITMEETING AMAZON by decision of the organization, all participants will be entitled to:
Full refund (100%) of the amount paid, or
Option to keep the amount as credit for the next edition of the event.
5. Relevant Changes to the Event
In the event of substantial changes, such as a change of date or location, the organization may offer a full refund to participants who demonstrably cannot attend under the new conditions.
In these situations, the request must be made within 7 business days after official notification of the change.
6. Situations in which there will be no refund.
No refunds will be granted in the following cases:
Failure to attend the event (no-show), regardless of the reason;
Requests made outside the deadlines established in this policy;
Failure to comply with the rules set forth in the Terms and Conditions of the event.
